At DOD Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in resalable condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
